Here’s an update about Iza Calzado after she tested positive for coronavirus disease.
IZA CALZADO – Kapamilya actress Iza Calzado has tested positive for Coronavirus Disease 2019 and here is an update about her condition.
In a previous report, the ABS-CBN actress Iza Calzado was confined in the hospital due to pneumonia. This is amid the malevolent COVID-19 crisis. It has been tough and challenging for her at that time. With all the current events happening, she underwent testing for COVID-19.
And just this day, the result came out and unfortunately, she tested positive for the 2019 novel coronavirus. Her husband, Ben Wintle, and other persons who got in contact with her showed no symptoms yet. She will be tested again as she is not certain where she got it.
Now, in a report from PEP, she is stable and calm now. GMA reporter Atom Araullo was hoping for her fast recovery and shed told him that she is getting better one day at a time. She is grateful for those who prayed for her and for the support of her network for her.
As of 4 P.M. today, March 28, the Department of Health (DOH), the country now has 1075 cases. And among the local artists who tested positive for the highly contagious report is Christopher De Leon who did well during his treatment, thus, already got discharged. His wife Sandy Andolong, also an actress, earned negatived result when she did the testing.
