Sorsogon Gov. Chiz Escudero Says Vice Pres. Leni Robredo is “Very Presidentiable”
LENI ROBREDO – The Vice President reacted to the post of Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero praising her following the CNN Presidential Debate 2022.
The May 2022 Election is fast-approaching. Currently, the national election candidates are given the time to campaign to the voters. Most of them have busy schedules as they are in the pursuit to reach out to as many Filipinos as they can in the different cities and provinces across the nation.
One of the presidential candidates and the only female candidate for president is Vice Pres. Leni Robredo. Last February 8, she had her proclamation rally in Naga, Camarines Sur and she started visiting different cities and provinces and meeting her supporters.
Vice Pres. Robredo is vocal about her plans should she win the presidency. One of her most staunch campaigns is against corruption. She wants to establish a system that prevents government officials from pocketing funds from the government. She wants public disclosure of the government deals.
Vice Pres. Leni Robredo also wants to expand the programs of the Office of the Vice President to help more people amid the COVID-19 pandemic. She vowed to reach even the farthest and the smallest communities if she becomes the country’s chief executive.
Recently, the CNN Presidential Debate 2022 was held and Vice Pres. Leni Robredo was one of the 9 presidential candidates who attended the event. She laid her platform, answered the issues thrown at her, and expressed her views on key issues concerning the nation.
Many people were undeniably impressed by Vice Pres. Leni Robredo. One of those who lauded the Vice President is Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero. He tagged her as “very presidentiable, full of substance, to the point & humble yet confident”.
Vice Pres. Leni Robredo responded to the Tweet of Sorsogon Gov. Chiz Escudero. Thanking the former Senator who is currently vying for a Senate comeback, she stated that his statement “means a lot” to her.
