Atty. Jimmy Bondoc Makes Cryptic Post on Social Media
JIMMY BONDOC – The Lawyer warned that a “bad news” is allegedly coming amid the rumored arrest of Senator Bato dela Rosa.
Currently, some Duterte allies in the Senate are faced with a complaint filed before the Ombudsman following the disappearance of Sen. Bato dela Rosa. The former Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief turned Senator is reportedly faced with an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court.
Dela Rosa is tagged as allegedly a co-perpetrator of former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte in the drug war. He was the first PNP Chief during the Duterte administration.
The late former Sen. Ninoy Aquino’s grandson, Kiko Dee, filed a complaint against Senate Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano and Sen. Robin Padilla over the recent disappearance of Sen. Bato dela Rosa. The Senator appeared in the Senate in June, after six months of hiding, and disappeared again shortly.
Dela Rosa was one of the senators who voted for the ouster of former Senate Pres. Tito Sotto who was replaced with now Senate Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano. The latter had a very short stint as the Senate chief.
Sen. Robin Padilla has repeatedly denied helping Sen. Bato dela Rosa allegedly “escape”. According to him, they were only walking out and no one stopped them.
“Pilipinas ito bakit ang isang halal na senador ay kakasuhan dahil sa warrant of arrest ng dayuhan… Naglakad lang kami at sumakay sa sasakyan sa harap ng mahigit na isang libo na pulis,” Padilla said.
Recently, another known Duterte ally, Atty. Jimmy Bondoc, make a cryptic post on social media amid the rumored arrest of Sen. Bato dela Rosa.
Atty. Jimmy Bondoc warned that a bad news is allegedly coming. Based on a post, he also called on the Filipino people to it is not true.
“Bad news is coming. Pray hard that it is not true for the good of the nation,” Bondoc said.
Currently, there is still no confirmation to the rumors. Previously, Sen. Robin Padilla spoke on the “whereabouts” of Sen. Bato dela Rosa.
