Vicki Belo Reveals Two Candidates Violate Miss Universe PH Rule

One of the judges, Vicki Belo, revealed that there were candidates who broke a pageant’s rule.

VICKI BELO – MUPH 2021 judge Vicki Belo claimed that there were two candidates who failed to follow one of the rules of the pageant.

The new Miss Universe Philippines winner is Beatrice Luigi Gomez from Cebu City. She is the successor of Rabiya Mateo who passed the crown to her last September 30 at the Hennan Resort in Panglao, Bohol. The other winners are:

The panel of judges was composed of Joanne Golong-Gomez (commercial director of Hilton Manila), Sam Verzosa (CEO and co-founder of FRONTROW Philippines), Dr. Vicki Belo (founder and medical director of The Belo Medical Group), Jojie Lloren (former president of the Young Designers Guild and The Fashion and Design Council of the Philippines), and Sheila Romero (vice chairman of Air Asia Philippines).

And Belo, being one of the judges, has dropped some revelations. Being a part of one of the crucial parts of the pageant, she claimed that there were two candidates who violated a pageant’s rule. Based on the report from ABS-CBN, the celebrity doctor said that the two candidates “had their makeup done somewhere else”.

Such is clearly a violation because the ladies must do their own makeup during the pageant. She said as per the report, “Naku, I have chismis for you. Two candidates broke the rules kanina and had their makeup done somewhere else. But I can’t tell you who they are. But that’s not good, breaking rules.”

The Belo founder was fondly tagged by some netizens as the new “Sandra Lemonon” of the pageant after spilling the tea. But up until now, the “tea” Lemonon has spoken last year has not been spilled yet.
