Here’s how fatherhood has changed the life of Markus Paterson who is only 22 years old.
MARKUS PATERSON – Young actor Markus Paterson opens up about the changes and challenges fatherhood has brought him being only 22 years old.
Apparently, after Janella and Markus first confirmed their relationship, the rumors about them expecting their first child emerged. Such is true and the young actress gave birth in October of last year. They were afraid to expose their child to bashers and harshness of the world the reason why they did not disclose it to the public right away.

And why they do, they have nothing but warmth received from their supporters. In the early 20s, they became parents and they are responsible enough to face the result of their actions. Jude, for them, is a blessing. They actually shared this good news through an intimate video blog shared on YouTube. And although they are now a family of three, the young couple shared that they are yet not in a rush to get married. Their focus for now is raising their child.
Both of them are fans of The The Beatles, thus, the name Jude. Aside from this, it also meant praise or to be praised. Abd becoming a father at the age of 22, he has conditioned himself to let go of his ” footloose and fancy-free days”. Fatherhood itself has brought him changes and challenges.
“From my priorities changing completely to becoming a clingy hands-on dad, I love doing all the little things to put a smile on his face. As soon as I laid my eyes on him, I knew my life was about to begin again,” he said. He just recently turned 23 years old and a lot of things has happened to him when he became a dad. He expressed that his little boy is taking after him but also acknowledges the traits he got from his mother.
They also went through the things that other parents have also experienced such as having sleepless nights. This was both a nightmare and something they are used to. But the best things about it is waking up next to him “squiring all over me with the cutest smile ever made”.
“I don’t really know if there is a hard part to being a father or at least not yet. Jude is only turning eight months old, so he doesn’t have the emotional range for us to struggle with yet, but it’s something we’re preparing for,” he also confessed as per ABS-CBN News. Jude was born in the UK because they wanted to. That way, his son is born in the same hospital he was born, and considering their status in the Philippines, it much quieter that way.
