Here’s what Janella Salvador and Markus Paterson felt after knowing they’re going to be parents for the first time.
JANELLA SALVADOR – Celebrity couple Janella Salvador and Markus Paterson reveal moment the first time they knew they’re going to be parents.
In an intimate video blog shared on YouTube and after some months of being mum over giving birth allegations then, Janella Salvador and Markus Paterson finally confirmed that they are now parents. It took a while for them to admit the truth following their abrupt exit from show business to stay in United Kingdom.
The actress became a mother at 22 years old and their son, baby Jude, was born on October 20, 2020. Finally opening up, they opted not to reveal they were expecting then because they know how harsh the world can be and they don’t want to expose their child to it. They saw the new year as the right time for them to finally reveal it and also to finally start as a family without hiding anything from the public considering their celebrity status.
Their Star Magic family expressed support to them in this new journey of their relationship. Introducing their newborn, they opened up about their feelings and the first moment they were told that they are going to be parents.
Salvador revealed that she felt weird at first for she wasn’t in her usual eating habit. She experienced changes and she felt bloated. Hinting about the possibility, they took the test and it reaped positive results. Waiting for the result, she was in mixed emotions such being happy while also nervous.
She admitted that her mother was one of the last persons to know that she’s carrying her first child. The actress revealed, “She was the scariest! Of course, she’s my mom. She was actually one of the last people… She got tampo nga. She said, ‘Why did you just tell me now?’ It’s because I was so scared. I didn’t know how to tell her. I told her, I was I think four months already.”
Through video call, they dropped the news to her mother and they were already expecting a dragon to come out but it didn’t happen to their surprise. In terms to telling the news to Paterson’s parents, it was a bit chill. They were accordingly just quiet for a moment and the next thing they knew, they are already excited.
The couple is not yet planning to get married soon as their top and foremost priority now is raising their son.
