American Man Killed in Suspected Robbery Attack in RizalÂ
A 35-year-old American man lost his life after being shot by suspected robbers riding a motorcycle in Teresa, Rizal.
According to authorities, the incident happened in Barangay San Roque while the victim, identified only by the alias Ray, was walking alone. Initial police findings revealed that two unidentified men riding a black Honda motorcycle approached him and allegedly attempted to rob him.
Investigators said the victim reportedly resisted the robbery attempt. During the encounter, the suspects temporarily left the area. However, the two men allegedly returned and confronted the victim once again.
Police reports indicated that the suspects opened fire, hitting the victim in the shoulder and head. The injuries were severe and resulted in his immediate death at the scene. Residents in the area were shocked by the violent incident.
