Ellen Adarna Shares Something About Prenup Agreement w/ Derek Ramsay

Actress Ellen Adarna answers persistent questions about prenup agreement.

ELLEN ADARNA – Did celebrity couple Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay sign a prenup agreement before tying the knot? Here’s what she said.

Prenuptial agreement or “prenup” for short is a contract created by two people before they marry each other. Prenup lists down all the properties each of them owns including debts and specifically determines what will be their property rights after the marriage. And among celeb couple who have this is Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero.

They have explained just previously that their prenup was initiated and pushed by late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, the person who bridged them to be together and also closest to the both of them. Accordingly, it was stated in their prenup that within the duration of their marriage, all the properties they have acquired will not be shared with each other – it’s just his and hers.

And now, another wealthy pair who are well-off and wealthy on their own are Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay. Both have come from wealthy clans and because of this, many were curious if ever they have also signed a prenup agreement before marrying.

With all the persistent questions about it, Ellen finally spoke about this. In an IG story, she expressed that such a question is a very personal matter to them. Putting it to rest, she expressed, “So many people ask me and Derek this and this is a very personal question. So, let’s put it this way, dili ko lugi ni Derek ug si Derek dili sa lugi sa nako, so, patasang show.”

Meanwhile, among those separated pairs who have no prenup agreement are Kris Aquino and James Yap. When they separated, James has allegedly got Php 48 million as a settlement but Kris denied this. Kris is one of the wealthiest personalities in the country and she’s come from one of the wealthiest and most powerful clans as well.
