The shear line is expected will bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan. The ITCZ will bring possible flash floods or landslides during heavy to at times intense rains.

The northeast monsoon will also bring similar weather condition over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, and the rest of MIMAROPA.
