JACKIE CHAN – The online community can’t get enough of Jackie Chan dancing to Shopee jingle. The e-commerce platform recently introduced the martial arts superstar as its newest brand ambassador.
The e-commerce platform Shopee currently serves consumers in Southeast and East Asia. It was first launched in Singapore in 2015 and later expanded in Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and the Philippines.
Shopee is one of the most popular e-commerce in the Philippines. The health crisis has accelerated the expansion of e-commerce towards companies, customers, and types of products.
Shopee has provided customers with access to a variety of products from the safety of their homes. It also helps companies or merchants to continue operations in spite of contact restrictions.
Last March, Shopee and Lazada agreed to set tighter restrictions to put out the sellers of counterfeit products online. The leading online shopping platforms said they will immediately remove fake products from their platform as soon as the brand owners complain.

On Thursday, August 19, Shopee introduced Martial arts superstar Jackie Chan as its newest brand ambassador. The company’s new advertisement shows the actor wearing orange and dancing to their jingle.
The ad was released online for markers in Thailand, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. He will be featured in a range of activities across the e-commerce’s end-of-year shopping festivals. In a statement, the international action superstar said he “had a lot of fun” doing his latest commercial.
“I think people of all ages will enjoy the activities and content that we have prepared together. I hope everyone can join us to make the year-end shopping season a memorable one,” Chan said.
