MARIEL PADILLA – Famous host and personality Mariel Padilla shared some of the treasured gifts she received from her husband Robin Padilla.
Cherished and treasured by Mariel Padilla are the precious gifts she received from her husband Robin Padilla. They have been married for over 10 years now and the gifts she has from him accumulated through the years. She definitely treasures every piece of it because her husband is accordingly not the type of person that would just give anyone a present. She shared that one must prove and show good deeds and hard work first before he’ll think of giving away one.
In her newest vlog, Mariel showed some gifts she had from him to which the very first one she has received is a Taj Mahal White Marble Tea Coffee Coaster Set. Accordingly, the story of the building of Taj Mahal was told to her husband and since then vowed to return there to marry. And when they married, they fulfilled this wish of Robin.
Other things from him are a long dress from Malaysia, a diamond engagement ring, a pair of diamond earrings for her birthday, expensive perfumes for her from his every travel, a jewelry set from Spain (a special country for them), and among others. He was also able to give her a Valentino bag and shoes to say sorry. The presents are to made up with her after their misunderstanding but she couldn’t recall anymore what was that misunderstanding all about.
Even though Robin is not someone who buys things and all, but for Mariel, he makes it to point to buy one on every occasion. He never forgets. He always has something for her on her birthdays, their anniversary, during Christmas, and after giving birth. Also, the house they are currently staying at is a gift from him as his dowry before they got married. But of them all and all these expensive objects, the greatest gift she had from him are their children.
She said, “He is the co-creator, aside from God, of my children. To me, that is the most precious gift ever. Yun ang pinaka-priceless and yun ang talagang pinakamahalaga of all. Siyempre, I’m grateful for all the other gifts. Pero yung pinaka-importante of course is the gift of family, the love, the support, the security, the protection…”
