2 Customers Criticized Online After Arguing w/ Convenience Store Crew Over No-Bag Policy
Two customers became very angry and allegedly cursed at a convenience store crew after they were not given a bag for their purchases.
Recently, Kyla Esteban, a Facebook user, shared a video showing the two customers allegedly shouting and cursing at a convenience store employee because of the store’s No Brown Bag Day policy. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions online.
The customers reportedly became upset after learning that the store would not provide paper bags for their purchases.
The branch was reportedly observing its regular no paper bag day, a policy implemented every Wednesday as part of environmental efforts to reduce waste and encourage shoppers to bring reusable bags.
In the video, the customers could be seen expressing their frustration toward the crew members who were simply following store rules. The store employees remained at their posts despite the tense situation.
