Famous stars react to ABS-CBN Network partnership with Zoe TV.
ABS-CBN NETWORK – Media giant ABS-CBN network announced partnership with Eddie Villanueva’s Zoe Broadcasting Network Inc. and these stars have these reactions.
After 13 comprehensive and exhaustive congressional hearings, the biggest media company in the Philippines, ABS-CBN, still failed to have their new franchise. An overwhelming 70 assenting votes showed in favor to junk their franchise renewal application while only 11 voted to object the junking.
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has always been vocal about taking down the media company following his issues with them and his paid political ads being not aired during his presidential bid. Despite the shut down, the network found ways to still reach their loyal viewers and that is through their digital platforms. Through the years, they are able to manage and establish wide followings on social media.
And now, seemingly a good news, based on a previous article, ABS-CBN partnered with Eddie Villanueva’s Zoe Broadcasting Network Inc. which means that some of their shows will soon be back to air for free on television. It will start on October 10 in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
