Touching Message of Judy Ann Santos For Her “Kapamilya”
JUDY ANN SANTOS – The Kapamilya actress took to social media a heartfelt message for those she has worked with under the ABS-CBN Network.
Undeniably, the shutting down of ABS-CBN is something that a lot of people did not see coming. The network has operated for decades already and has been a part of the lives of many Filipinos.
More than 10 thousand people are employed in ABS-CBN. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines now, many individuals fell at risk of losing their jobs. These includes the employees of the Kapamilya network.
ABS-CBN went off-air more than three months ago. It was after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a Cease and Desist Order against the network.

Several issues were surrounding the network. These things were discussed during the 13 hearings held prior to the voting of the House Franchise Committee.
Last July 10, the House gave its verdict. Seventy (70) people voted for the denial of a fresh 25-year franchise for ABS-CBN while only 11 lawmakers favored the side of the Network.
The ABS-CBN Network confirmed employee retrenchment a few days after the House junked its bid for a new franchise. Undeniably, most people’s hearts go out for those who’ll lose their job amid the pandemic.
Recently, actress Judy Ann Santos penned a heartfelt message to her Kapamilya. She is one of those stars who remained in the spotlight for several years already.
In an Instagram post, Juday expressed looking forward to seeing the people she has worked with again under the ABS-CBN Network. The actress expressed her gratitude for the many years they’ve worked together and the happy memories they built.
