Tito Sotto Does Coronavirus Test Twice, Netizens Have These Reactions

The first coronavirus test result of Tito Sotto came out and he’s waiting for the second one.

TITO SOTTO – Senate President of the Philippines Vicente “Tito” Castelo Sotto III underwent two tests to determine if he is coronavirus positive or not.

Among of today’s controversial politician is Senate President of the Philippines Vicente “Tito” Sotto III. He has gone to various controversies and just recently, the issue which put him under fire is having two tests to determine if he is positive of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

This is amid the crisis the country is facing right now where even frontliners cannot immediately have done but he, a politician of this country, can do twice. With this, many people lambasted him and accused of VIP testing. Netizens reacted to this slamming the obvious that politicians were prioritized instead of the people showing symptoms and the frontliners.

“Please note that Tito Sotto was tested twice despite being asymptomatic!!!” says one netizen on Twitter along with the photo of a news report indicating that the senate president’s first test was negative and he is just now waiting for the second result to come out. This basically just meant that he took the test twice.

Meanwhile, the Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque III also underwent the testing. This after got in contact with a DOH officer who tested positive for COVID-19. He was on self-quarantine since and when the result came out, it showed negative.

In an update regarding the coronavirus in the country, we now have a total of 380 confirmed cases and 25 fatalities.
