Willie Revillame had this conversation with ‘It’s Showtime’ hosts
Wowowin host Willie Revillame talked to the hosts of It’s Showtime during a live episode on June 3, 2019.
Before transferring to GMA, Willie was hosting Wowewee in the Kapamilya network. He occupied the noontime time slot of the ABS-CBN before.
On the other hand, his variety game show now in the Kapuso network occupies the first slot on primetime.
During the Monday episode of It’s Showtime, a contestant in Tawag ng Tanghalan almost said the show “Wowowin“.
In line with this, hosts during that segment, Vice Ganda and Mariel Padilla joked about it.
As the fun conversation continued, Ogie Alcasid, as one of the TNT judges for that day called his close friend Willie Revillame.
Then, Vice let the contestant say his message to the Wowowin host. The male contestant asked for a toy for his son.
When Willie was already on the phone, he jokingly said to Ogie, “paalala mo kay Vice, Ogie dati kong timeslot yan, kinuha niyo.“
Vice, then, let the contestant talk to Kuya Wil. Out of the blue, Willie asked if he is allowed to guest in It’s Showtime.
“Oo, Kuya Will, ngayon din, halika na!” Vice said.
Then, Willie said, “baka matanggal na naman ako, lagi na lang ako natatanggal sa istasyon.”
“Wag kang mag-alala, bago ka matanggal kami muna,” Vice answered.
This received a loud laugh from the hosts of the Kapamilya noontime show.
Before the call ended, Willie Revillame said that he will give the request of the TNT contestant.
