Award-winning actress Nadine Lustre revealed that if she and her longtime boyfriend, Filipino-French businessman Christophe Bariou, eventually decide to tie the knot, they are considering holding two wedding ceremonies—one in the Philippines and another in France.
The actress confirmed the possibility while speaking to members of the entertainment press on July 8 during the media event for her latest Viu Philippines original series, “Love, Siargao,” where she stars alongside Alden Richards.
During the interview, Nadine was asked whether she and Christophe were already making plans to settle down after years of being together.
“Wala pa po. Hindi naman po kami nagmamadali,” Nadine replied, making it clear that marriage is not something they are rushing into despite ongoing speculation about their relationship.
She was then asked whether her dream wedding would take place in Siargao, the island that has become a significant part of their lives since the couple has been based there.
According to Nadine, she would love to exchange vows with Christophe in Siargao if the businessman eventually proposes to her. However, she also shared that they might hold a second wedding ceremony in France since Christophe’s family still resides there, making it meaningful to celebrate with his loved ones as well.
Although wedding plans remain uncertain for now, Nadine’s comments offered fans a glimpse into how she envisions her future with Christophe while emphasizing that they are simply enjoying their relationship at their own pace.
