Willie Revillame fulfilled the request from a contestant of Tawag ng Tanghalan
Wowowin host Willie Revillame fulfilled his promise to It’s Showtime‘s Tawag ng Tanghalan contestant Clyde Borlongan.
During the June 3 episode of the Kapamilya noontime show, a TNT contestant almost said the word “Wowowin“. This prompted Vice Ganda to say that the contestant should do a “panawagan” to Willie.
It so happened that one of the TNT judges that day was Ogie Olcasid who is close to the Kapuso game show host and the phone call happened.
Willie jokingly said if he can be a guest in the Kapamilya show which got a yes from Vice.
The TNT contestant asked Willie Revillame if he could give him a toy for his son which immediately got a nod from the host.
Based on the article published on the site of Philippine Entertainment Portal, Ogie shared the details of what happened that day.
“Hindi naman planado iyon, e. Kasi, tinanong yata ni Mariel o ni Vice kung sino ba ang may number ni Willie,” the OPM icon said.
He added that since he was the only one who has the number of Willie, so he called him.
“Nung tinawagan ko siya, ‘Uy, puwede ba kita iere?’ Sabi niya, ‘Sige!’ E, di yun na. Nakakatuwa naman,” Ogie shared.
On the afternoon of Tuesday, Willie fulfilled his promise to the contestant of Tawag ng Tanghalan.
“Kanina, naipadala na niya. He made it sure na makarating,” Ogie Alcasid said.
He also shared that Willie texted him that he already sent the toy, based on the article. “Nakaka-good vibes iyon, di ba?” the singer added.
