Twist Happen On Kian’s Death Concluded President Duterte
President Rodrigo Duterte concludes that there was a twist happened about the controversial Kian’s death case involving cops.
On August 2017, the reports about the controversial death of a teenager identified as Kian Delos Santos becomes the headlines of many local news outlets and countless social media pages.
Kian allegedly violently resisted the arrest conducted by the Caloocan City police during their anti-narcotic operation prompting them to shoot the teenager.
A CCTV footage also came out showing two cops dragging Kian to an alley when his remains were found holding a gun in his left hand.
Mr. Duterte said that the public will learn that there’s more to Delos Santos once the trial starts, at least the cops have already given their version of the story. He also concluded that there might be a twist happened on Kian’s case.
“But it will not excuse or justify killing a person whose hands are raised, ready to surrender, or kneeling down. Because that is really murder. Pero may twist diyan,” said by Duterte quoted by Philstar.
The president also admitted that there’s a possibility that abuse has been really committed by the authorities on implementing the war on drugs, which was linked to Extrajudicial Killings (EJK).
Duterte also met the parents of Kian Delos Santos in Malacañang Palace and assured that justice will be served on their son’s death.
The preliminary investigation on the murder and torture case against the Caloocan police involved in the incident has been terminated by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
President Duterte swiped his political opponent for accusing him as a murderer. He also admitted that would really kill just to preserve the peace and order in the Philippines.
