Reckless Motorcycle Rider Doing Deadly Stunt on Public Road Got Accident
A video of a reckless motorcycle rider elicits reactions on social media after getting into an accident while doing a deadly stunt on a public road.
Driving recklessly is illegal not only in the Philippines but in several other countries as well. The law defines reckless driving as driving without reasonable caution and ignoring the safety of others or property. This includes riding a motorcycle recklessly or irresponsibly.
“Kamote riders” are reckless and irresponsible motorcycle riders who frequently ride without helmets, licenses, or proper protective gear in the Philippines. On public roadways, these riders are frequently linked with reckless driving, overspeeding, and dangerous stunts.
It is critical to remember that being a “kamote rider” not only endangers the rider’s life but also endangers the safety of others. Riding without sufficient protective equipment or licensing is also illegal, and riders may face penalties such as fines, imprisonment, or license suspension or revocation.
Meanwhile, on Visor’s Facebook page, a video of a “kamote rider” elicits reactions from the online community. A motorcycle rider riding a red maxy scoot with a back rider was involved in an accident in the video.
In the middle of the road, the rider was spotted slowing down. The reason for that is he is preparing to undertake a hazardous feat called “wheelie”. After successfully lifting his motorcycle with one wheel, the rider lost his balance and collided with another vehicle on the opposite side of the road.
Fortunately, neither the driver nor the back rider was seriously injured in the incident. Their video has gone popular on social media, eliciting a variety of responses from the online community.
