PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Saturday (March 26)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone will bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rains over some parts of the country.
On Saturday (March 26, 2022), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The Intertropical Convergence Zone will continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Southern Mindanao while the Easterlies would affect the rest of the country.
The ITCZ is expected bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Caraga, SOCCSKSARGEN, and the Davao Region. Possible flash floods or landslides are expected due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The Easterlies/localized thunderstorms. Will bring partly cloudy to cloudy condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, Occidental Mindoro Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro and Marinduque.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience similar weather condition due to the easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides are also expected during severe thunderstorms.

The coastal water condition over Northern Luzon will be slight to moderate. The remaining parts of the country will experience the same surrounding sea conditions.
