In a new vlog, Mariel Padilla interviews her husband who’s running for senator.
MARIEL PADILLA – Here’s the vlog of Mariel Padilla as she questions her husband Robin Padilla about his plans for the country.
In a previous article, Mariel Padilla expressed her full support for her husband Roni Padilla who is applying to be a senator of this country. He is running under PDP-Laban, the political party of President Rodrigo Duterte. He was named as the 12th senatorial candidate of UniTeam spearheaded by presidential aspirant Bongbong Marcos and vice-presidential aspirant Sara Duterte.
And now, in the second part of the interview Mariel did with her husband uploaded in her YouTube channel, she asked him questions regarding issues about the current pandemic, mining, and many others. In the first part of the vlog, Mariel queries simple questions like what made him run for a government post and such.
In the second part of the vlog, the questions of Mariel received solid and concrete answers from Binoy. He answers with facts and data and his responses were based on his own research. In the latter part of the vlog, when Mariel asked him “Bayan o Kami”, he has one answer – both.
For Binoy, the country and his family are just the same which is why he is doing what he is doing now. He explained, “Ang dekalogo ng lipunan, yun mismo, bayan at pamilya. Hindi siya magkahiwalay. Dekalogo ng katipunan yun na sinulat ni Andres Bonifacio.”
He has made his choice and he is choosing both because choosing one is also similar to choosing the other because he believes that these two components go hand in hand.
