ABS-CBN superstar comedian Vice Ganda clarifies fake news involving him and Toni Gonzaga.
VICE GANDA – Unkabogable star Vice Ganda slams fake news spreading online about him and friends Toni Gonzaga.
In a previous article, the Unkabogable star and superstar Vice Ganda shared a piece from his mind on what a real public servant should possess. Accordingly, a real public servant must be selfless and the need of constituents must always be on top of his priority. He furthered that those who become wealthy while on the post are not real ones.
The comedian said, “Kinakalimutan niya ang sarili niya, dahil iyong pinagsiserbisyuhan muna bago siya. Iyon ‘yung totoong public servant.”
And currently, his close friend Toni Gonzaga is under hot waters because of her political stand. Critical comments about her are about how her words never matched her actions and choices. Amid the backlash, she resigned as the main host of Pinoy Big Brother after 16 years of hosting the reality show.
Amid all of these, there were fake news created about these two big stars of the network. According to the fake news circulating online, Vice criticized Toni for her insensitivity and for letting down the network that built and groomed her to be the influential personality that she is now.
Clarifying this, Vice took his statement to Twitter and lambasted all these false reports. He said in one of his posts, “Andaming fake news at wrong informations sa TIKTOK! Haaaay!!!! Mga contents na pagaawayin ang mga tao. Uudyokin kayo para magalit. Andaming masamang tao na lalong pinagugulo ang mundo. Wag kayong pabiktima.”
He then added another post that such an act has been rampant in various social platforms since. He reminded the people to be mindful about what they read online and to fact-check the contents first before believing.
