Here’s an update about Typhoon Tino from PAGASA.
TYPHOON TINO UPDATE – PAGASA released an update about the typhoon and the areas currently under tropical cyclone wind signals.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) just released a new bulletin about Typhoon Tino, with the international name Kalmaegi. Tino accordingly slightly intensified as it moved towards Eastern Visayas at 20 km/h.

At 4 PM, the location of its center was spotted 170 km east-southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.5°N, 127.2°E). It has maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 160 km/h, and a central pressure of 970 hPa.
