How Gretchen Barretto Keep COVID-19 At Bay

It can be remembered that during the initial rollout of the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines prioritized mainly for the health care workers and the vulnerable sectors, former actress Gretchen Barretto, a 51-year-old woman who has no comorbidities, secured her shots.
Gretchen’s inoculation was captured in a video that went viral online prompting various reactions from the online community. The viral video showed that she was somehow afraid to feel the needle.
In a video uploaded on IG, Gretchen Barretto let her followers know how she keeps COVID-19 at bay and that is drinking gin and tequila. Among some supplements and a machine, Greta said she indulges in regular shots of alcohol.
“I don’t know if this is a miracle but some people tell me that hindi daw ako nakakapitan ng virus because I drink gin or tequila…”
“I’m not promoting alcohol but I am just saying drink moderately and I still do that in spite of my allergy I still take a shot or 2 of alcohol every 30 minutes, kidding every hour. So far, that’s it, I survived it, I mean I haven’t gone through it,” she added.

Gretchen Barretto is the sister of actors Claudine Barretto and Marjorie Barretto. She has been in a relationship with business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco, one of the richest men in the country.
The 51-year-old socialite recently started a charitable endeavor. She gave away “love boxes” to journalists, reporters, celebrities, columnists, and those in need. Her love box contained imported goods.
In a previous article, Ogie Diaz said Claudine was supposed to receive P500,000 every month from Gretchen. However, Greta had a condition but Claudine was not able to fulfill it.
