In one of the recent Instagram post of Gretchen, she shared an art card showing a statement allegedly coming from her business partner. Here’s the alleged statement of Atong Ang: “Mas may tsansa ka pang manalo sa online sabong kesa itaya mo kinabukasan mo kay Bongbong Marcos. Pinagloloko lang kayo ng BBM na yan.”

A red “FAKE NEWS” text was posted on the photo and in the caption of the post of Gretchen Barretto, she denied that this came from the wealthy businessman. The former actress said that Atong does not involve himself in politics.

La Greta also asked her Instagram followers to share her post in order to inform other people that her business partner did not say anything against Bongbong Marcos. She also stressed that this black propaganda came from their business rival.

“FAKE NEWS! HINDI NAKIKIALAM SA POLITICS SI MR. CHARLIE ATONG ANG (rooster emoji) ITO AY GAWAIN NG AMING KALABAN SA NEGOSYO. To my friends kindly REPOST THIS,” the socialite said in the caption of her post.  She also said that Atong will be speaking to address this issue.
