The common pattern of female celebrities who are shying away from the limelight because of their pregnancy includes going abroad, posting photos excluding the body, evident weight gain, and others. And for Elisse, her pregnancy remained just a rumor until November came when they finally introduced her to the people. Also, when it comes to her physical body, she didn’t look like she has given birth.
And just recently, in Star Magic’s Inside News on Wednesday, November 17, she revealed how she managed to have her slim body back after giving birth. According to her, she really gained weight when she got pregnant but it wasn’t as much because she is naturally a petite girl.
After giving birth, she decided to do a “very slight keto diet” along with exercise and it worked for her. She said, “It worked well for me and then ‘yung exercise, tyinaga ko po talaga na araw-araw kailangan mapawisan ako. Kailangan tumatakbo ako, matagtag ‘yung katawan ko.”
To recall, McCoy and Elisse’s love story started in the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky Season 7 in 2016. They were dubbed “McLisse”. Also, now that she is a mother, she wanted to learn how to balance motherhood and her work as an actress.
