PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Wednesday (July 28)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the Habagat would bring cloudy to weather condition over some parts of the country.
On Wednesday (July 28, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The southwest monsoon would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
The southwest monsoon would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Bicol Region, Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Apayao, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan and Occidental Mindoro and Northern Samar.
The rest of Visayas and of Palawan including Kalayaan Islands would experience similar weather condition. Occasional rains are also expected over Northern Palawan including Cuyo and Calamian Islands, Antique, and Aklan.
Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country would experience similar weather conditions. However, the southwest monsoon may cause possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The coastal water condition over Luzon and Visayas would be moderate to rough. The surrounding sea conditions over Mindanao would be slight to moderate, according to the weather agency.
