Hardworking Guy Who Pays Family’s Debt & Finally Redeems Mom’s House Pawned for 28 Years Inspires Netizens
A hardworking guy happily shared that he finally redeemed his mother’s house, which has been pawned for 28 years.
A Facebook user named Julius Brian Capistrano has shared an inspiring story of how he worked hard just to pay their family’s debts and redeem his mom’s house. The post earned praises from the online community.
Capistrano has shared the hardships and difficulties experience by their family for 28 years. He revealed that his parents pawned their house in order to start a business but the interest shoots up unexpectedly.
Brian’s parents loaned about P100, 000 and it grew to million after a couple of years for failing to fail the monthly dues. The bank usually visit and took photos of their house as it is expected to be foreclosed.
Julius also revealed that they have suffered extreme poverty and lost electricity for failing to pay their bills. Eventually, he got a good job and started his own business and was able to pay their debts.

“Kung alam nyo lang ang pinagdadaanan namin at pinag daanan kaya ganito na lang kung magsikap ako. Alam nyo yung pkiramdam na anytime mawawalan na kayo ng tutulugan na bahay? Na everytime may demand letter and notice na ifoforeclose na ang bahay namin? 28 yrs ago, nasanla ang bahay na ito para magamit nila mommy sa business but unfortunately lumobo ng lumobo ang interest dahil hindi nakabayad. Nakakatrauma Everytime pipicturan ng bank yung bahay namin kasi mukang may mga interested sa property.
Sa totoo lang we already gave this up years ago. Kung baga hinihintay na lang namin na ikandado ng bank ang bahay.. wala naman ksi kami pera pantubos. Kahit anong isip ang gawin, wala kami pagkukunan. Naghirap kami, madami senyo ang may alam nyan.. naging mahirap pa kami tulad ng manok na isng kahig at isang tuka. Wala makain at naging baon sa utang.. nagsikap lang talaga ako na makatapos ng pag aaral.. yang bahay na yan, 2 years wala kami kuryente at tubig kasi naputulan kami. Ni pambili ng posporo wla noon. Mhirap kung sa mahirap.
Pero alam nyo, ang kamay talaga ng Lord e hindi maiksi. Ang pangako ng Lord e totoo. Na He will never leave us nor forsake us.. hindi man nya sinabi na magiging madali yung journey pero pangako nya, di nya tayo iiwan.
Nagtapos ako ng pag aaral dahil sa pagiging working student. Nag waiter, encoder, student assistant, SPES, naging scholar, nagtinda ng mga kendi at mani sa room, nangungutang ng pang enrol.. Palagi ko sinsabi sa srili ko na iaangat ko ang buhay ng pamilya ko.. na ipaparanas ko ulit kay mommy yung maayos na buhay.. na lahat e gagawin ko hanggat nabubuhay pa sya..
Nagkawork ako, nagpalipat lipat ng work, napunta sa maaayos na mga amo at kawork, nakakilala ng mga mabubuting tao.. nagkaNegosyo (Ligwan Wild Honey Main Branch) na alam ko na ang Lord ang nagbigay sa akin..
Last february, nag take nnman ng picture ang bank. They will push through with the foreclosure na.. si mommy, 60 years old na.. afford pb nya na masaktan emotionally at mentally na mawala yung pinag paguran nya na property? I know she cant handle that. E ako pa nga lang, iniisip ko pa lang na ikandado ng bank ansakit sakit na.. pero and Diyos ay may kapamaraanan. Yung dating 100k na loan, MILLION na after 28 years.. Oo this property cost me MILLIONS pero alam nyo, wala ang pera sa SAYA na makita Sa mata ng nanay mo. Bahala na ang Lord kung paano babalik yung ilang million na natutulog sa property na ito at pano babayaran ang interest pero ang mahalaga sa akin ngayon e yung mabigyan ng peace sa heart at mind ang nanay ko.. I want her to enjoy our ancestral house and let her feel a better Life. Tapos na ang paghihirap.
Kahapon, we prayed together at di namin mapigilan ang di maiyak.. we prayed thanking God and told my mom na i am doing this for her. I encourage them to give their FULL TITHES to the Lord kasi i know that is one of the keys to prosperity.
