JULIA BARRETTO – Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto coolly handled bashers and “nasty comments” amid a live interview with Mikaela Martinez.
One of the most controversial personalities to date is probably Julia Barretto. There have been a lot of issues and controversies thrown against her, most especially on matters about her relationship with Gerald Anderson. However, such negativity is something the actress has learned not to live with but not to put her focus and attention to. She learned not to get these bad words and accusations from people she don’t know get into her.
And now, showing how she applies this in real life, she showed to people online how she played down and neglected the “nasty comments” about her and her interviewer Mikaela Martinez during their live interview on Instagram. She apologized to the host and told her not to mind those nasty comments from people who don’t have anything good to do and say but still taking time to watch their live session.
It was a weekly online show of Mikaela for her recent episode, she featured Julia. Even the host herself was criticized [which is something she seemingly not used to but the actress reminded her, “They hate seeing you happy. Just keep remembering, these bashers have nothing better to do.”
In the same interview, Julia also confessed that it was never her goal to please and appease everyone. She can just sit down there and do nothing but there will still be people who has something bad to say about her and that’s the reason why she never made it a goal.
“I think it’s just important from the very beginning to stay true to who you are, because there will be people who will love you and definitely there will be some that won’t, and that’s fine. I think it’s all about perspective at the end of the day,” she said. The actress also added that it’s just about a matter of choice on where you wanted to put your perspective on.
