Alden Richards and Andrea Torres star in an upcoming Kapuso series
Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards and Kapuso actress Andrea Torres talked about the bonding that they have on the set of their upcoming medical drama series Code Grey.
Alden has done several hit Kapuso series, and the most recent was Pulang Araw, in which the story was focused on the Japanese invasion. The actor received praise for his portrayal of the character of Eduardo dela Cruz. Previously, the actor admitted that giving life to his character in the period series was quite challenging.
Andrea also has continued showcasing her acting prowess in Kapuso teleseryes. She was commended for her strong performance as Sisa in the historical portal drama series Maria Clara at Ibarra. Last year, she returned to the small screen through the series Akusado, after taking a break for two years.
For this year, Alden Richards and Andrea Torres would share the same screen through the upcoming series Code Grey.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, the lead stars of the upcoming Kapuso series talked about their bonding on the set.
“Para kaming barkada on set. To the point na nilalapitan na kami na huwag muna kami magsama-sama kasi kailangan na natin i-shoot ‘to. Sobrang everytime na nagka-cut, lokohan agad, tawanan,” Andrea shared.
Alden highlighted that it is important for cast members to be comfortable with each other, and he admitted that he immediately felt comfortable with his co-stars.
“Mahirap gumawa ng isang proyekto na hindi ka komportable sa mga katrabaho mo, and for some reason, iba ibang flavor ‘yung nabibigay ng actors na kasama ko dito,” the Asia’s Multimedia Star said.
Also included in the series are Christopher de Leon, Romnick Sarmenta, Faith Da Silva, Allen Ansay, Shuvee Etrata, Joross Gamboa, Christian Bautista, Kristoffer Martin, and Jon Lucas.
