Neighbor Suspect Who Shot Noisy Motorcycle Owner to Death Surrender to Police
Elderly suspect who reportedly shot his neighbor- who owns a motorcycle repair shop – to death due to noisy motorcycle surrender to police.
The 71-year-old man who is suspected of shooting at quarreled neighbors in a private subdivision in Las Piñas City has surrendered more than a day after the incident, based on the report of ABS-CBN News.
According to Las Piñas City police chief Col. Rodel Pastor, their tracker team found Ernesto “Mang Boy” Francisco with relatives in Tagaytay City in Cavite this Thursday afternoon. Las Piñas Chief said Francisco was convinced to give up for the safety of the relatives he went to.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Francisco regretted the incident especially as it led to his imprisonment. Francisco fled in an SUV after shooting Ricky Dimatulac and Dominic Duclayan outside Francisco’s house in BF Resort Village on Wednesday.

Dimatulac died while Duclayan was still being observed at the hospital. Based on our previous article, the dispute stemmed from Francisco’s visit due to the noise of Duclayan’s motorcycle when he passed in front of his house going to Dimatulac’s residence.
Pastor said the suspect asserted to the police that he had long complained about the noise of passing motorcycles due to the impact on his grandchildren. Story of the survivor Duclayan, he tried to apologize to Francisco but cursed it.
According to Dimatulac’s relative, Francisco shot him several times even though they heard him begging. Francisco declined to answer the news team’s question as to why he shot the neighbors.
Francisco is set to face murder and frustrated murder charges. Police are still trying to recover the gun used by Francisco, which he said he threw away along with the escape.
