Tricycle Driver Shot To Death In Caloocan City

CALOOCAN CITY – A tricycle driver in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City died after he was shot to death by unknown assailants aboard a motorcycle.

The victim was identified a Mark Angelo Mamait, who was shot before Wednesday midnight.

Witnesses have testified that the victim was shot four times in Langit Road, Barangay 176 in the city.

One of the witnesses said that the tricycle driver was about to eat his mami after taking his passenger to the destination. They were unable to identify the assailants’ faces.

The victim’s mother wondered why her son was killed, adding that the victim did not have enemies prior to the incident.

Based on the report, further investigation was conducted to identify the motive of the crime.
