The 19-year-old crooner competed against four other finalists Dillon James, Jonny West, Arthur Gunn, and Just Sam. He and Dillon and Jonny got eliminated after two performances. This has been determined through public voting. Just Sam came out as the winner.

Being in the Top 5 of the grand finals, he performed twice – “Adore” by Harry Styles and “Alaska” by Maggie Rogers. This season made history in the competition as this is the first time contestants were made to sing from their houses.

During the second song, he performed it outside their house to which Katy Perry, one of the judges, described it as “elevated version” of what he performed prior. She said, “That performance was an elevated version of what you gave to us in the beginning. I mean you’re so smooth when you delivered that. It sounded like it was professionally recorded in a studio somewhere. That’s how good it was, Francisco. Congratulations.”

He competed for nearly three months bringing pride to the Filipino community and his journey ended as part of the Top 5 of the grand finals.
