6 countries fear coronavirus second wave, thus, sees reimposing of lockdown.

CORONAVIRUS SECOND WAVE – These six (6) countries’ coronavirus infection spiked up again and will reimpose lockdown measures.

After some time of lifting the lockdown, at least six countries will reimpose as the coronavirus infections have flared up. The renewed lockdowns have limitations in various aspects. As much as we are all aware of, the lifting of strict lockdown does not mean that the virus has gone off but is for the economy of a country which is why a new normal to several parts of the world have been implemented.

What are the six countries that have declared lockdown again after their infection fearfully increased? China, Germany, Iran, South Korea, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia.

CHINA
This is where the virus was first discovered and they are also the first to do the lockdown. As the reported cases in their country slowed down, people in Wuhan were told they could leave their home but was taken back 5 days after as new cases after the loosening up has been reported.

GERMANY
In specific districts where a sudden spike has been recorded is where this Germany is currently focusing to after they have also moved to the gradual opening of some shops and schools. However, three districts recorded flare ups which prompted the local governments to impose emergency measures.

South Korea
Less than a week after people were told that social distancing restrictions has been removed and to start “a new everyday life with the coronavirus”, a new lock down has been declared as new cases of infections has been reported which alarmed them.

Iran
This country has locked down one province, the southwestern province of Khuzestan on Monday. The partial lifting of the lockdown by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on April 20 is due to intense economic pressure.

Lebanon
The government announced a four-day lockdown because new cases of infections spiked up. Prime Minister Hassan Diab blamed people for not following the guidelines that might have prevented the resurgence.

Saudi Arabia
The lockdown was lifted due to Ramadan season but when it’s over, the lockdown measure will be tightened. On May 23, a new five-day curfew will be imposed as what the country has planned as per Business Insider.
