The Facebook page “Aksyon Radyo Iloilo” has shared the video footage of a Chinese national disrespecting the frontliners manning the checkpoint at Brgy. 67, Caloocan City. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the checkpoint personnel apprehended the Chinese motorist for allegedly violating the enhanced community quarantine guidelines in the areas. However, the foreigner resisted and argued with the authorities.
Eventually, the personnel of Caloocan Police Station arrested the unnamed foreign national for disrespecting policeman and checkpoint personnel. The Chinese man would face charges of resistance and disobedience to a person in authority.
The arrogant foreigner would also face charges of unjust vexation and the authorities gave him a violation ticket for breaking the lockdown protocols.
Currently, the Caloocan police are already coordinating with the Bureau of Immigration to determine if the Chinese man has valid documents for staying in the country,
