Now, for dinner, there are foods that you must eat and must not to eat in order to avoid gaining weight. With this, here are some foods to take note and to eat for dinner to help you in your weight loss plan:

  • Salad Greens – Eating your greens does not only makes you healthy but also promote weight loss. Those green and leafy vegetables like kale, spinach, collards, swiss chards and a few others are low in calories and carbohydrates and loaded with fiber. This fiber helps you feel full and satisfied that you won’t make you crave to eat more.
  • Lean Protein – Beef, chicken, pork, fish, tofu, and beans are all packed with high-quality protein, healthy fats, and various important nutrients. Protein keeps you full for a longer time. Avoid processed meat as they are unhealthy.
