South Korea Coronavirus Total Confirmed Cases At 9,037 Now

Confirmed cases of Coronavirus infected people at South Korea is now at 9,037.

SOUTH KOREA – The confirmed cases in South Korea is now at 9,037 after they have reported 76 new cases of the pandemic and highly contagious disease.

Based on a previous report, a study regarding the cure for the pandemic coronavirus disease 2019 indicated that a patient can treat patients in just six days. Accordingly, hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin can serve as treatments and President Donald Trump has the authority to say if it should be of use or not. The said cure are anti-malaria drugs.

In the Philippines, the number of confirmed cases has already exceeded the 500 mark. With 39 new total cases, this leaves us with 501 total cases of confirmed COVID-19 in the country with 33 fatalities and 19 patients who have already recovered.

And now, in South Korea, they have reported 76 new coronavirus cases which brings them now a total of 9,037, Tuesday, March 24. Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) also reported 120 deaths as per GMA’s report related to the disease which is now considered as deadly.

To recall, this virus was first discovered in Wuhan. It is a new strain of coronavirus which made it hard for the experts to determine the extent of its effects and most importantly, in finding its cure. Several countries have already declared total lockdown and outside China, among the worst-hit country is Italy. This country holds the record of the highest death to ever have related to the virus within 24 hours.
