Alex Gonzaga, Family Shares Blessings To Families Affected By Quarantine
ALEX GONZAGA – Kapamilya star Alex Gonzaga distributed packed goods to families affected by “enhanced community quarantine.”
Following a previous article, Kapamilya actress Alex Gonzaga is one of the netizens who expressed concerns over the four coronavirus patients who were sent home due to lack of hospital beds.
The internet sensation took to Twitter to air her concern over the infected patients. She said the action might prolong the community quarantine period because they could facilitate the spread of the deadly virus.
On Monday, March 23, Alex Gonzaga and volunteers decided to distribute relief goods to the residents in Taytay, Rizal amid quarantine period in Luzon. She shared some photos on her official Facebook Page.
The 32-year-old celebrity gave the donations on the same day. She said the goods were picked up by their village councilor.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Brgy St Ana ito na kinukuha na ni Kagawad Tobit ang supplies nyo. Pasensya na ho kung di mabibigyan lahat.. God bless Taytay and Philippines!”
On Twitter, Alex Gonzaga expressed her gratitude to all the people who helped them deliver the relief goods. “Thank you to the people risking their own health to help us distribute our small relief goods for our kababayans. Sana makatulong ito kahit paano sa mga mabibigyan,” she wrote.
Alex Gonzaga also shared a photo of her mom and dad repacking the goods. It came with a caption, “Walang pagod at matanda-matanda!! Tuloy tuloy pa rin ang mga oldies sa pag rerepack. They are the father and mother packers!”
