Nicko Falcis will no longer worry the case filed by Kris Aquino in Mandaluyong
Queen of all Media Kris Aquino withdrew the qualified theft complaint she filed against her former business partner Nicko Falcis in Mandaluyong.
The feud between Kris and Nicko was one of the most talked about topic in showbiz these past few months.
Several personalities got involved in the conflict between the two former business partners such as Lolit Solis, Gretchen Barretto, and former BIR chief Kim Henares.
Nicko filed grave threat complaint against Kris for allegedly threatening to kill him.
Previously, the cases that the social media influencer filed against her former business partner in Pasig, Makati, and Taguig.
It can be recalled that the Queen of all Media filed cases against the business whiz in Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Quezon City, Manila, Pasig, and San Juan.
Just recently, Kris Aquino withdrew the qualified theft she filed against Nicko Falcis in Mandaluyong, based on the report from Philippine Entertainment Portal.
Senior assistant city prosecutor of Mandaluyong Lourdes Javelosa Indunan signed the said resolution.
This was stated in the resolution:
“As prayed for, in view of the Motion to ‘Withdraw Complaint’ dated 23 March 2019 filed by complainant, the above-entitled complaint is deemed withdrawn.”
The resolution did not further discuss the reason why Kris withdrew her complaint against Nicko.
In line with this, speculations behind the decision of the social media influencer started to arise.
This could mean that she will also withdraw the same cases she filed in different cities or she will focus on estafa and credit card charge against Nicko in Taguig.
On the other hand, this could also mean that Kris Aquino might file a new case against her former business partner.
Based on the report, the legal counsel of the social media influencer has not released yet an official statement regarding this.
