Nicko Falcis tells Kris Aquino to just “Shut up”.

NICKO FALCIS – The former managing director of KCAP Nicko Falcis tells her former boss to “shut up” and to face her case following absence on second preliminary investigation of the case against her.

As previously reported, the social media influencer Kris Aquino was a no-show on the second preliminary investigation of the grave threats filed by the Falcis brothers against her after the controversial audio recording of a phone conversation has occurred and went viral. And Aquino, on the other hand, has admitted that she is indeed the woman in the recording.

According to a previous report, the complaint was “laughable”. She was absent in court as she has celebrated her birthday in Japan along with her two sons. She flew last February 12 or 13 and the scheduled call on court was February 15 to where she was not able to make an appearance.

And now, continuing his moves to make loud buzz through social media platform, Falcis once again lambasted her former boss in an Instagram post to telling her to “shut up” as claims coming from her mouth are “libelous” and to stay away from his family and friends.

He has written, “A death threat is a death threat. Such statements can NEVER be taken lightly nor be “laughable”. The great amount of stress you caused my family especially to my Mom can NEVER be forgiven.”
