Kathelyn Dupaya Reveals Joel Cruz’s Company’s “Anomalies”

Kathelyn Dupaya revealed something about Joel Cruz.

The Brunei-based businesswoman Kathelyn Dupaya has presented documents showing Joel Cruz’s anomaly such as not paying more than P6-billion tax.

‘Lord of Scent’ Joel Cruz faces controversy after the businesswoman Kathelyn Dupaya exposed his company’s anomaly. As much as everyone is probably aware of, he is the owner of the Aficionado perfume.

In a previous article, Cruz filed Estafa case against the businesswoman. This is after she was not able to return his million-worth.

Dupaya was even accused as a “scammer” after celebrities sued her for not returning their financial investments.

And recently, Dupaya’s video lambasting the scent magnate has surfaced online.

This is where she presented documents coming from the company owned by Joel Cruz, the Central Affirmative Incorporated.

She has then found out an odd thing as seen in their daily report sales. As per the report accordingly submitted to the Security Exchange Commission, their daily sales is worth P169.07 out of 3,650 outlets.

Dupaya questioned those who franchised from the Aficionado about their sales if it is true.

“Paiimbestigahan ko lahat ng outlet na ito. Totoo ba ito na dineclare ni Joselito Cruz na ang per day niyo 169.07… Tinalo kayo ng sa palengke. Ayon sa aking pagsisiyasat, sa palengke po, ang kanilang minimum sales per day is 500,” she said.

To which she has emphasized to be impossible for the company would bankrupt by then if that was the case.

“At sa aking kaalaman, si Joel Cruz from 2010 to 2017, hindi siya nagbabayad ng income tax.”

“Paano siya nagkaroon ng milyon-milyon na pera o bilyonsa kanyang kamay kung wala siyang income. Hindi naman siya OFW para hindi magbayad ng incme tax dito sa Pilipinas.”
