The photo of an illegally parked vehicle blocking the driveway of a certain establishment for almost two hours elicits comments online.

Illegal parking is considered as a traffic violation wherein a certain motor vehicle parked in a restricted place in an unauthorized manner. The law prohibits vehicle to park in the middle of a highway or road.

Parking violation could also cause inconvenience to the public and may lead to traffic congestions. Violators can face corresponding sanctions and penalties.

The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM spotted” has shared the photo of an illegally parked vehicle blocking the driveway. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.

In the photo, it can be seen that a red vehicle is blocking the driveway or entrance gate of the PhilSys administration center. The red car blocks the entrance and disabled some vehicle to go out of the building’s vicinity.

Several traffic enforcers have arrived in the area to confront the vehicle owner. The road officers have waited for the owner outside after it causes inconvenience among the vehicles in the area.

The photo has been originally posted by a netizen named Jastper Española. The guy reiterated that why enforcers waited for two hours if they could tow the vehicle with five-minutes after the owner illegally parked its vehicle.
