When Ellen Adarna revealed that she and Derek Ramsay had decided to move on separately, she also dropped what she found out: that he cheated on her. She continued to drop more revelations about him, including the “group chat” that consists of people who have had quite the bad experience with him.
While everyone thought she was already done, something triggered her again, and that was when a personality close to him claimed that he was a good provider.

The situation is difficult, but they find ways, and he is grateful to Ellen for allowing him to see their child. She even gives him generous time to be with Lili, which he is happy about, as it is hard for him not to see their daughter.
