A motorist was left wounded and unconscious after getting into a fistfight with another driver during an intense road rage incident in Cainta.
Recently, a Facebook user named Myke G. Pera shared the video showing a motorist collapsing after exchanging punches with another driver. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions online.
In the video, a shirtless man can be seen challenging the other driver to a fistfight while holding a baseball bat.
After a few moments, the driver wearing a white shirt responded, and the two began throwing punches at each other. The motorist tried to run away but was chased by the person he was fighting with.
When they started fighting again, the motorist collapsed to the ground with his face covered in blood. His opponent tried to help him and attempted to wake him up, but he could no longer speak because of the injuries he suffered.
The incident reportedly happened on February 1, 2026. No names of those involved have been officially released, and authorities are still investigating what started the argument.
