Dimples Romana’s Reaction to Missing Bea Alonzo’s Wedding
DIMPLES ROMANA – Despite not receiving an invitation to Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co’s wedding, Dimples Romana made it clear that there are no hard feelings between the two friends.
Although “Gud Morning Kapatid” aired its final episode on August 7, Dimples Romana will continue to be seen on the Kapatid network through several upcoming projects. The actress and TV host remains part of the cast of the series “Someone Someday” and will also appear in the new morning program “Frontline sa Umaga.”
Replacing “Gud Morning Kapatid” is “Frontline sa Umaga,” which is set to premiere on Monday, August 10. The new program will feature Ed Lingao, Andrei Felix, Angela Lagunzad-Castro, Chiqui Roa-Puno, Maoui David, and other personalities.

During the “TARA KAPATID, 2026” Midyear Media and Trade Celebration, Dimples was asked about the recent civil wedding of her longtime friend Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co. The couple tied the knot on July 13 at the office of Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay.
The actress could not help but laugh as members of the media repeatedly asked her about Bea and Vincent’s wedding. Dimples appeared amused by the questions and expressed confidence that her friend is happy as she embraces her new responsibilities as a married woman.
Despite their close friendship, Dimples clarified that she does not feel hurt or offended about not receiving an invitation to the wedding. For her, the length and strength of their friendship mean there is no room for such misunderstandings or hard feelings.
“Sa tagal naming magkaibigan, hindi uso sa matagal na magkakaibigan ang tampu-tampo,” the actress said.
Dimples also shared that she does not have any particular advice to give Bea as she begins married life. According to the actress, Bea already knows what to do, and she does not want to interfere in her friend’s personal life unless she is specifically asked for her opinion or suggestions.

Meanwhile, Dimples remains grateful and happy with the direction of her career at TV5. She repeatedly mentioned her excitement over “Someone Someday,” which has entered the top 10 on Netflix while also being shown on the Kapatid network and the Kapamilya Channel.
The series stars Kathryn Bernardo and James Reid and is directed by Chad Vidanes and Dolly Dulu. It is produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and ABS-CBN, giving Dimples another major project to look forward to as she continues her journey with the Kapatid network.
