3 Delivery Workers Arrested for Stealing Products They Were Supposed to Deliver
Three delivery workers were arrested in Antipolo City after they were caught allegedly stealing some of the products they were supposed to deliver to small local stores.
The suspects are now detained at the Antipolo Police Custodial Facility and are facing charges of qualified theft.
According to the investigation, the suspects left a warehouse in Pasig to deliver various items using a delivery truck. However, before reaching the stores, they made a stop at a private house in Barangay Santa Cruz. It was there that they were seen unloading several boxes.

They didn’t know that a company auditor had been monitoring their trip. The company had noticed several shortages during past deliveries, which raised suspicions. As a result, they decided to follow the delivery team and observe their actions closely.
During the unplanned stop, the auditor witnessed and recorded the suspects removing several boxes from the truck. These included different products such as milk, coffee, juice, and seasonings.
A follow-up operation was quickly carried out by the police, which led to the arrest of the three workers. The recovered goods were estimated to be worth more than P15,000.
Despite being caught, the suspects denied the accusations, claiming that they were wrongly accused and had no knowledge of the missing items. One of them said he was new on the job and didn’t know anything about what happened.
Still, authorities are moving forward with the case. The company involved is pushing for legal action, hoping it serves as a warning to others. The incident reminds businesses and customers of the importance of proper inventory checks and accountability during deliveries.
