ALICE LEAL GUO – She is the young mayor of Bamban, Tarlac who seems to be forgetful and here are some details about her.
Two years after the historic win of Alice Leal Guo as the first female mayor of Bamban, Tarlac, she found herself being questioned. The questioning is connected to the questionable operations of a Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs) hub.
She became the subject of questioning before the Senate. As much as we all know, POGOs are licensed online gambling firms regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) which are operating in the Philippines but caters customers outside the country. The questioning raised more questions especially with the identity of the female mayor.
Opposition Sen. Risa Hontiveros poured her some personal questions and she did not even show a single sign of nervousness. Most of her answers were insubstantial which made her appear “forgetful” despite her young age.
What we know about her
- According to her, she was homeschooled but she showed no records or any certificates to prove this. All she can remember was her teacher’s name which was “Rubilyn”.
- She was registered 17 years after she was born. When asked about this, she answered that she does not have any idea.

With her alleged link to POGOs, she denied this and said, “Hindi po ako operator, protector, or coddler po ng POGO. Wala po akong kinalaman sa kanilang operation at sa kanilang gawain sa loob at labas po ng POGO.”

I was wondrin’ before how could she be a spy if she’s just a blogger. Apparently, she’s a mayor in Tarlac and only got her citizenship at the age of 17?? Is that correct? . I got goosebumps. The government should stop people not natural born in the Philippines to hold office here. For Goodness sake, protect our country inside, in this land. Remove that suspicious woman from the office Mayor. She is clearly and obviously not a Filipino. And perhaps speculations about her could be right.
