- Step 1 — Visit the registration website of the NBI (https://firsttimejobseekers.nbi.gov.ph/ or https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/).
- Step 2 — Read the Terms of Services. Tick the box if you agree with the terms to proceed. Click “Sign Up”.
- Step 3 — Enter the necessary information to accomplish the registration form.
- Step 4 — Input the OTP or the One-Time Password sent to the mobile number you provided in your NBI online registration.
- Step 5 — Accomplish the additional information requested in the form.
- Step 6 — Tick the ID that you wish to present on your visit to the NBI office. Click “I Agree” to proceed with the appointment schedule.
- Step 7 — Choose a schedule on when you want to visit an NBI branch to process your request.
- Step 8 — Make the payment for the NBI Clearance request. You can pay for the fee through a bank, a Bayad Center outlet, a Bayad Center mobile app, ECPay, 7-Eleven, or online banking.
