According to rumors, Liza Soberano is no longer under the Careless Music company.
Actress Liza Soberano who is currently pursuing a new path in her career has allegedly left the company of James Reid.
James Reid‘s label Careless Music welcomed Liza Soberano last year along with Issa Pressman. Soberano’s decision was made after finding the label’s creativity to be attractive and appealing.
She found it appealing for a company to take risks on their artists by letting them pursue their dreams and passion in the way they want it to be.
By leaving Star Magic and ABS-CBN, she wanted to have more creative freedom and control in her career. She wanted to carve her own path and destiny.
In a previous article, James shared the main reason why Liza signed up for them must be because of the freedom they are giving her. She wanted Hollywood and the company supported her.
She landed a role in the upcoming Hollywood film Lisa Frankenstein which will be released on February 2024. James reacted to the Hollywood debut of Liza and he shared that this film is going to be exciting as it will showcase the version of the actress the people haven’t seen before.
However, in an episode of Marites University, DJ JhaiHo claimed that a source of him has revealed that Liza had left the actor’s company. Allegedly, she left and she is now being managed by her aunt.
“Ayon po sa aking very reliable source, ang chika nga raw po ay wala na nga raw po itong si Liza under the management of Careless and also even kay James [Reid] wala na raw,” says DJ JhaiHo.
His source added that, for now, he won’t be doing any Filipino projects for now. However, based on a report from GMA, a source of GMANetwork.com refuted this claim and said that Liza is still under Careless.
